Automated rail-guided vehicle system SORTING TRANSFER VEHICLE is a pallet sorting system designed to provide high-throughput material handling in conjunction with Automated Storage and Retrieval System. The current Automatic Rail Guided Vehicle has a load capacity of about 1-100T. It is generally used in many beam-type shelves, drive-in shelves, and automated stereo libraries. We provide RGV as per customer or layout requirement.

An automated guided vehicle or automatic guided vehicle (AGV) is a portable robot that follows along marked long lines or wires on the floor, or uses radio waves, vision cameras, magnets, or lasers for navigation. They are most often used in industrial applications to transport heavy materials around a large industrial building, such as a factory or warehouse.

The main difference compared to the other systems explained is their ability to alter their pre-programmed path to avoid obstacles. They do not follow buried wires, nor magnets, nor do they reflect the light of a laser against a reflector. They use scanners and artificial vision to create a map of their workplace and generate the most efficient paths. They are usually smaller than other AGVs and share space with people thanks to the sophisticated security features that they include.All are compliance with Hazardous/ Flammable environment.

AEC offers fully automatic vehicle brake testing unit having testing capacity of 0.5 ton to 5 ton. Our system helps operator to load, inspect and validate the vehicle with reliably accurate result.
